Abstract
We developed an on-chip Photothermal Spectroscopy (PTS) method for gas detection using a Si3N4-based MRR transducer and SU8 waveguide for excitation. Gas molecules excited by a 1395 nm diode laser, matching the H2O absorption line, were detected by the MRR with a lensed fiber array.
