Abstract

The aim of the study was to examine the relationship between Functional Movement Screening (FMS) and postural stability (PS) and stability limits (SL) of Deaf individuals. 32 male and female participants (28.73±7.61 years) studying at Rochester Institute of Technology National Technical Institute for the Deaf, hard-of-hearing and Deaf Individuals participated in the research. Body mass index (BMI), FMS analysis using the FMS Test kit, PS and SL of the participants were evaluated using the Biodex balance device.
